A Day In Central Zoo - Jawlakhel, Lalitpur

 “Nature never goes out of style” 

The Place

Where we always wanted to visit when we had holidays.

Sleepless night when we had plans for a picnic there.
Where we cried to stay long around to see the Animals and Birds

and

Where we smile and enjoy every moment

"ZOO"

I don't know about you guys but no matter how old i get.

When ever i hear the word ZOO.

I am happy as a kid in a candy store and always ready to go to Zoo.

Its hard to see the animals and birds caged but its what makes kids smile and educate them as well.

But., as long as the are safe, fed well and kept healthy

though they have less space to wonder around

much love given because LOVE is only word they understand.

I just wanted you to share you guys a shots i have taken in the Central Zoo.

I have stated their names and well and added a bit words of mine.

Spotted Deer
jsut feels so amazing to see the amazing creature and cute as well
happy to see them running around and the beauty of its spots in their body is just mesmerizing
i simply didn't wanted to get my eyes off of them.

The Antlers of the Spotted Deer are simply awesome

They are more curious about you then you are. They keep watching you and every move you make.

Black Buck
 looking at them just puts a emmence smile on my face
until i got a bit closer, closer to the cage
the black one, the one i think was the head of their group
they just stopped eating all started staring at me
i was just wondering what were they thinking about me

Ah.! their eyes and their horns are simply AWESOME

Swamp Deer

most of them were fawn but most adorable ones
jumping around and enjoying every bit of space they can enjoy

Fawn of Swamp Deer. They are the cutest.

Antelope

  setting sun and cool wind blowing
Fawn Antelope sitting on its sweet spot and well he seems quite enjoying the spot
feels like just joining the fawn and rest there a bit

Barking Deer
the charming ones among all the deers in the Central Zoo in my book
just so adorable and ever so charming
the fawn one just keep looking at me until i kept my camera down
like he was posing for a portrait picture

She is Magnificent. I simply can't take my eyes off of her

After some time with all the Deer. Still i cant move myself away form them
they were simply sensational and well gosh.! i am love with them
i saw few of them when i was in Chitwan but not this close.

Now i came to know why kids love to come to Zoo
Nature is ever so Beautiful, it can make anyone Smile

Samber Deer
they were huge and well still beautiful
laying on the grass and well chewing as all the of they were
the amazing part of it was their antlers
man they were awesome and their size well

White Pelican

Looking royal and well amazing bird as well

they were posing and everyone around were taking snaps of them

and luck to see them fed

they just gulp down the whole fish

it was amazing to see them

They were goofing around and were perfect for some photo shots

Hyena

Through put my life time. Every time I visited Zoo.

I had never seen the Hyena walking and god.! i always wanted to hear them laugh.

He always sleep and I feel pity for him such a small place and well he is only one of his kind.

As far as I can remember Hyena always roam around, eat, sleep and hunt in packs.

Rhesus Macaque

No matter how mischievous they are its sad to see them inside the cage.

Royal Bengal Tiger

All we every want to seen in a Zoo is The Magnificent Tiger.

You gotta have Luck hanging around by you to have a glimpse of him.

Well this day I did had some luck hanging around.

Managed to take some shots of him and to be clear because it was taken through a cage wires

Hence, I have edited the photos., but I have posted both of them.

One Horned Rhino

It’s always a pride to see the One Horned Rhino as it is only found in Nepal and well in exchange of it we have pleasure to see many other animals in our Zoo. E.g., Hippo.
they always are a cool and clam animal., like wondering their own way and well cool in ever angle

I always wished to see the Hippo every time i see the movie Madagascar

Gloria a female Hippo who fell in love with Melman a Giraffe

The movie Madagascar is simply AWESOME., you've gotta watch it if you haven't

ah.! i so want to see a Giraffe in my life..

Resting under water in a sunny day like 70% of their life

Assames Macaque

 These monkeys are similar to the Macaques we seen in our daily life but they are more furry because they are from the Himalays. Well they were basking in the sun.

Wild Water Buffalo

Beating the heat they were all in the pond and enjoying the coolness of the water

and some were lying in the mud.

But one Buffalo was just dipping and popping his head in and out of the water.

hahaha.. :D and i remembered the times when we guys went swimming

well we did the same thing..

Leopards

One Leopard was just walking in circles in a cage and 

the rest of two were shifted in the next one because whole Zoo was in the process of renovation.

The other two were just beating the heat and sleeping.
 Leopards are another animal in cat family i really want to see them in real life
in Africa and make a documentary of them
ah.! i so wish

Fox

Well he was sleeping as well.

when i was in the back Jungles of Bansbari 

i did saw a fox but he was lager than the once i saw in Zoo

White Pleasant

Seems like someone poked in its eyes but he was all fine and

walking around the cage whit its buds.

Wild Cats

Ah.! They are ever so adorable and they were four of em’

some were sleeping and some were in the branches.

I wanted to take a face shot because the details in their face are simply sensational

Water tap : Newly installed water tap, but no water flowing though them. Next time I hope H2o for sure. :D

Black Bear

They are ever so playful but one was on the top of the tree trunk and enjoying the view from there.

Owl

One of the most interesting birds I love to pet.

They are simply AMAZING.

Ostrich 

The Bird that can’t fly but sure can run like a sprinter.

Golden Pleasant

just an amazing fowl with amazing color
i just can't take my eyes off of it 

Ah.! The color of them makes them look like ROYAL. Simply love the colors.

The Females are colorless though., but beautiful.

Emu

Only found in Australia but seems Happy here,

 they were running around playing in mud and well simply astonishing creatures. 

Another bird that can’t fly but sure can run like Speedy Gonzalez.

Grey Heron

They are ever so charming and clam.

Seen them in Chitwan, as well but not this close.

Silky Fowl

New member of Zoo, Cute and fluffy as well.

They were like a ball of cotton.

  Polish Fowl

New in collection, they were like hair duo gone wrong type but cool fowl,

they seem to always stick in pack.

Sun Conure

Well guys who have seen Rio (the animated film) will recognize them easily.

Ever so, colorful.

 White-eyed Buzzard

Oriental Pied Hornbill

Another astonishing bird I love to have as a pet.

Every time I see it, it reminds me of ZAZU of The Lion King.

 Love the amazing bird.

Sulphur-crested Cockatoo

Playful as always and sometimes they repeat the words you shout out.

Don’t belive me then next time when you visit the Zoo don’t forget to shout some words out.

Well Parrot in simple words.

One was eating the rose petals of a Rose.

 

 

Salmon-Crested Cockatoo

I awaited him to spread his feathers and well I loved to see his feathers of his head.

It seems like a Mowhak hairstyle.

But beautiful in compare to all birds., in the Zoo.

Well I sat on the banks of the pond and rested some time then the whistle blew saying it was closing time and this was the last shot of the day and The day in Central Zoo.
